Qualifications

within engineering, or consultancy environments.
- Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced
environment.

- Strong understanding of technical roles and
project-based hiring.

Project Role
- Lead full-cycle recruitment from role intake to
offer acceptance.
- Assisting the HR Director with recruitment
strategies and resource planning.
- Proactively source talent through targeted
channels, networking, and market research.
- Evaluate candidates through structured interviews
and competency-based assessments.
- Advise hiring managers on talent availability,
market trends, and selection decisions.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate
experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and support
reporting and compliance requirements.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and
continuous improvement of hiring practices.

- Understand, implement and
follow 9E QHSE policies.
- Implement and coordinate QHSE
procedures in your workplace.
- Comply with local regulatory
authority guidelines and laws pertaining to QHSE.
- Report any QHSE incidents
immediately to 9E QHSE Dept. and to legal authorities if required.
- Abide Client/Contractor QHSE
requirements and acquire site induction before mobilizing at sites.
