Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or similar field.
  • Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in recruiting within engineering, or consultancy environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and project-based hiring.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven consultancy setting.

Project Role

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment from role intake to offer acceptance.
  • Assisting the HR Director with recruitment strategies and resource planning.
  • Proactively source talent through targeted channels, networking, and market research.
  • Evaluate candidates through structured interviews and competency-based assessments.
  • Advise hiring managers on talent availability, market trends, and selection decisions.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and support reporting and compliance requirements.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and continuous improvement of hiring practices.

QHSE Responsibilities

  • Understand, implement and follow 9E QHSE policies.
  • Implement and coordinate QHSE procedures in your workplace. 
  • Comply with local regulatory authority guidelines and laws pertaining to QHSE.
  • Report any QHSE incidents immediately to 9E QHSE Dept. and to legal authorities if required. 
  • Abide Client/Contractor QHSE requirements and acquire site induction before mobilizing at sites.
